1. Who we are
Geai Bleu Voyageur ("Geai Bleu", "we") provides dedicated fleet, B2B logistics and commercial snow removal services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through geaibleu.ca, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and applicable Canadian law.
2. Information we collect
- Quote requests: name, company, email, phone and a description of your needs.
- Driver applications: name, contact details, city, availability, experience, preferred territory and résumé, if attached.
- Browsing: cookies required for the site to work. Audience-measurement cookies are enabled only with your consent.
3. How we use it
Your information is used only to answer your request, prepare a business proposal or review your application. We do not sell it or use it for any other purpose without your consent.
4. Sharing and hosting
Forms are processed by our host, Netlify, whose servers may be located outside Québec, with appropriate security measures. Information is shared only with team members who need it.
5. Retention and security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then securely deleted — no later than 24 months after your last exchange with us, unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent at any time. We respond within 30 days.
